Simon Levine has overseen a transformative decade as DLA Piper’s International Managing Partner and Global Co-CEO.

During Simon’s tenure as a bold leader of one of the world’s largest law firms, his focus was to make sure that DLA Piper not only strived to achieve its purpose to “make business better” but that it did so whilst constantly evolving, ensuring the firm’s continued success through innovation.

In 2020, Simon spearheaded Law&, DLA Piper’s brand for disruptive and transformative legal, tech and business advisory solutions. This wasn’t just about process: Simon began a cultural shift in DLA Piper from traditional legal services to innovative ways of working and improving how the firm supports clients beyond the law. Simon’s innovation efforts have been recognised externally by multiple awards, including the FT.

At the end of Simon’s final year as the firm’s Global Co-CEO, he will transition to lead Law& as Strategic Innovation Partner. Simon will continue to evolve the Law& brand, embracing technology, legal optimization and business advisory advancements to better support the firm and its clients in a business landscape that is radically evolving.
