Paula Reichenberg is a Swiss lawyer and entrepreneur with a knack for technology and the perseverance to build bridges between the legal and tech worlds.
She studied law in both French and German and passed her bar exam in Zurich, before joining the M&A and Capital Markets Team of a large corporate law firm.
After completing an MBA at INSEAD in 2007, Paula ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Hieronymus.
Translations by Lawyers for Lawyers, a premium legal language service provider. In 2020, she introduced LexMachina, the first Neural Machine Translation engines tailored for Swiss lawyers. Just two years later, she co-founded Neur.on, offering a groundbreaking AI-powered translation tool for lawyers, supported by a select panel of investors from the international LegalTech and legal publishing sectors.
Paula currently holds the position of Vice-President at the Swiss LegalTech Association and has earned the title of “Digital Shaper 2023” from the economic journal Bilanz.
