Joe Cohen leads innovation at Charles Russell Speechlys, an international law firm specializing in private capital. Before joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Joe was Head of Innovation at Dentons UKIME for five years and held innovation roles at Linklaters and Slaughter and May. His extensive experience includes managing Legal Tech, Legal Project Management (LPM), Solution Development, and Legal Process Improvement. Joe also spearheads various initiatives to cultivate an innovation culture, such as practice-specific innovation committees and a trainee technology program.

In addition to his leadership roles, Joe is a recognized thought leader and regular speaker on topics like Generative AI. His contributions to the field have earned him nominations for the LIA Innovation Trailblazer of the Year award in both 2021 and 2023.
