O Shaped is a client-led organisation founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the legal profession for those who are in it, those who use it and those who are entering it.  We work across the legal ecosystem, encouraging industry collaboration, bringing people and business skills to life for law schools, law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them to create O Shaped professionals, high performing teams and the very best user experience for their key stakeholders.

Our vision of a world where ‘People First’ really matters is at the core of everything we do.  We care deeply about supporting people and team development in the increasingly vital people and business skills that are the hallmark of O Shaped.  In doing so, we apply the 5 O Mindset of Openness, Originality, Opportunity, Ownership and Optimism together with the 12 O Shaped Attributes, which came from a series of interviews with leading General Counsel in 2019. These frameworks are increasingly being adopted by law firms and in-house legal teams.
