NetDocuments has announced the launch of the ndMAX Studio, featuring 12 artificial intelligence (AI) applications for legal professionals to enhance efficiency in their document management processes.
The ndMAX Studio offers applications such as “Deposition Prep” and “Issues List Generator,” designed to assist legal professionals in executing core tasks while reducing manual labour and minimising the risk of human error. The aim is to maximise the productive use of billable hours without requiring legal users to develop their own use cases from scratch.
The integration of seamless import/export tools in the ndMAX Studio facilitates the smooth incorporation of AI applications into the Document Management System (DMS). Accompanied by on-demand training and demonstration materials, the studio enables legal professionals to rapidly employ AI in their workflows.
The ndMAX Studio currently hosts 12 AI applications aimed at addressing common legal tasks, with an expansion planned for the near future. This resource serves a broad audience, including law firms, in-house counsel, and government agencies, by facilitating service scalability and routine task automation.
