Legal Ai has secured its first client, partnering with Rix & Kay Solicitors LLP. The collaboration focuses on developing AI solutions to streamline legal operations.
They have been working directly with Rix & Kay Solicitors’ Managing Partner, Richard Cripps and his team to document, define and build out AI solutions to help them reduce the time cost and effort of managing their incoming enquiries, onboarding new work and managing their initial risk assessment process. This collaboration has allowed Legal Ai to gain feedback on how Kai LegalAI should interact with their Fee Earners and potential clients.
KAI is Legal Ai’s Digital Legal Assistant, using a natural conversational language to gather information and to carry out tasks based on the information has recorded. KAI integrates and communicates with all of a firm’s key systems, updating and using data in these systems to make decisions and to move a case through the required stages.
KAI is an “ever learning” solution that uses the information it gathers to constantly improve its capabilities, this then allows the law firm to further refine their processes and to introduce KAI into other areas of their business to further improve their productivity and profitability.
