Kansas City-headquartered automated trademark docketing software provider Alt Legal has announced that it has acquired the business of competitor TM Cloud.
As part of the transition, TM Cloud customers will move to Alt Legal’s docketing software, gaining access to Alt Legal’s USPTO and global docketing automation and integrated trademark monitoring.
Alt Legal said that it will provide an individualised migration process at no-cost. TM Cloud customers will also receive free, unlimited individual training sessions from Alt Legal’s customer support team…
