SpotDraft, an AI-driven enterprise technology startup, has raised US$54 million in a series B round led by Vertex Growth and Trident Partners, with support from existing investors. The funds will be used for market expansion, leadership hiring, and improving AI-powered contract management features.
Founded in 2017, SpotDraft helps teams with redlining, e-signatures, and third-party contract management, serving clients like Spendlfo and Crunchbase. This round follows a US$26 million series A in 2023 and a US$1.5 million round in 2019, with operations in Bengaluru and New York.
