1. Introduction
1.1 LEGALTECHTALK LTD (hereinafter “LTT”) is a company registered in England and Wales at 88 Cascade Court, 1 Sopwith Way, London, United Kingdom, with registered company number 14674904.
1.2 The following terms and conditions apply to anyone attending or intending to attend any LTT event, from the date of publishing until these terms are superseded by a new version. LTT may update these terms at any time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in LTT services or business practices.
2. Booking and reservation
2.1 To reserve a place at the event as a delegate you should either complete the online booking form and complete the online payment process or if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you should write an email to [email protected] with the following information for each ticket: (1) Number of tickets which type, (2) First and last name, (3), Email, (4) Company name, (5), Job title, (6), Country.
2.2 All bookings will receive a confirmation email after payment has been confirmed. LTT reserves the rights to cancel your booking in the event of incorrect or incomplete payment, utilization of an invalid discount code, or any other reason that LTT sees fit. If there is no longer availability at the event, LTT will send you an email informing you of such and refund the payment immediately.
3. Ticket prices
3.1 LTT reserves the possibility to change prices for the conference at any given time but changes will not affect tickets already purchased. If the price of a delegate ticket increases or decreases before LTT issues a confirmation email LTT will notify and ask you to either confirm whether you would like to proceed or refuse the new revised price.
3.2 Payments must be made by either credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
3.3 If the payment has not been received by LTT on the day of the event LTT reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.
3.4 LTT may offer different discounts on its tickets, however, It is not possible to combine different discounts in a single purchase. In addition, LTT reserves the right to change or withdraw any discount at any time.
3.5 If your booking is rejected, you will receive a booking rejection email and LTT will to the extent that you have made payment refund your payment within a reasonable time from the date of the booking.
3.6 If you are paying by bank transfer you must send a proof of transfer to [email protected] to complete your booking. The proof of transfer should include the following information: (1) Number of tickets which type, (2) First and last name, (3), Email, (4) Company name, (5), Job title, (6), Country. Any bank charges resulting from the payment via bank transfer are due to be paid by you. Your booking will not be considered confirmed before bank charges are paid.
3.7 All prices are subject to local taxes as appropriate.
4. Refund and cancellation
4.1 You have the possibility to cancel your purchase and request a full refund up to 7 days after the date of the purchase. However, no refund of tickets will be made within the 30 days prior to the conference date.
4.2 Other than the situation explained in 4.1, no refunds will be made. If for any reason, you are unable to attend the event we will allow you to provide for a substitute delegate to take your place. In that case, please send an email to [email protected] and provide the following info: (1) Number of tickets which type, (2) First and last name, (3), Email, (4) Company name, (5), Job title, (6), Country. No substitutions are allowed within the last 7 days prior to the event.
4.3 All refund, cancellation, ticket queries shall be sent via email to [email protected].
4.4 All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event.
5. Changes to the event
5.1 For reasons beyond LTT’s control, it may be required that we alter the event’s advertised format, content, location and/or timing. LTT reserves the right to this at any time. In cases where LTT changes the date or location of the event, LTT will inform all confirmed delegates and provide the option to be given a credit (of the same value as paid) for a future event.
5.2 LTT is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs or expenses incurred by the delegates if LTT as a host is required to relocate, cancel, postpone or alter in any other way the event.
6. Content
6.1 Any content as presentations, documentation, and materials is at all times owned by LTT or is included with the permission of the permission of the owner of the rights. No filming, recording, photographing or republication, broadcast or other dissemination of the content is permitted furthermore you shall not at any time reproduce, modify, distribute, store, transfer or in any other way use any of the Content and in particular you shall not upload any content into any shared system, include any Content in a database, including any content in a website, transmit, re-circulate or otherwise make available any content to anyone else,
6.2 To the extent that any Content is made available by us online we reserve the right to suspend or remove access to such Content at any time.
6.3 You do at all times acknowledge that LTT will be entitled to record, film or photograph, the Event and agree to waive any rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction. You grant to us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to make such use of your name, voice, biography and likeness in any media and any recording, filming or photography of the Event as reasonably required in connection with the exploitation, advertising, and promotion of the Event and LTT.
7. No reselling
7.1 All tickets purchased is for own personal use or that of your business only. No tickets of any category can be resold under any circumstance. Reselling or transferring any giving ticket without permission or accordance with the terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not have the right to enter into the conference.
7.2 LTT reserve the rights to void any ticket held by any person whom LTT reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket reselling or a ticket broker.

9. Other
9.1 LTT is not responsible for any loss or damage to any person or any personal property directly or indirectly resulting from any of LTT’s events or activities.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales and England and both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute which arises hereunder.
