Lydia is a Design Lead in the Radical Change team at DLA Piper. Previously a Legal Technologist and Associate Lecturer in Law, she holds a PhD examining the impact of technology transformation on the justice system.

Passionate about the people behind processes, Lydia is an expert in Design – Thinking methodologies and in her role explores how to apply design tools to enhance each stage of human journeys and promote meaningful change across the business.
