With over 10 years private practice experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP in their London and Moscow offices, Peter joined Btomorrow Ventures (BTV), the corporate venture capital arm of British American Tobacco in Summer 2020 to offer his venture capital experience and lead both the legal and communications teams. 

At BTV, Peter also spearheads the numerous diversity initiatives the fund is looking to be an industry leader in, he also sits on the board of B United (BAT’s LGBTQ+ employee network) and in his spare time is a trustee and on the boards of several UK charities operating in the DEI space (‘LIFEbeat’ and ‘The National HIV Story Trust’).
