David is Chief Executive of Shoosmiths and a specialist commercial, outsourcing and technology lawyer. Before taking on his current role, he led Shoosmiths’ leading Commercial Practice for over a decade and helped to position the firm as a legaltech pioneer, bringing to market several ground-breaking products, including AI-powered contract review tool Cia, as well as Shoosmiths’ award-winning connected services business, Shoosmiths EIGHT. David has recently co-authored a book, Legal Practice in the Digital Age, “the must have handbook for our time” according to City Solicitor magazine.
