Rotheras Solicitors LLP, based in Nottingham, and Bray & Bray Solicitors, based in Leicester, have merged to establish Rothera Bray LLP. This merger involves all the existing partners and staff from both Bray & Bray and Rotheras Solicitors, coming together to create a 200-member team with 27 partners. Additionally, all clients from both firms will now be served by the newly formed LLP.

Both firms have previously collaborated with Ortus Group, with Bray & Bray having a longstanding relationship with them, and Ortus recently representing JH Powell in Derby during its sale to Rotheras.
