This Code of Conduct applies to all staff, attendees, sponsors, speakers, partners, and third parties attending or working at our events.
LegalTechTalk is the space where the legal sector’s most innovative minds connect to shape the future of legal services. We are committed to building an inclusive and equitable platform that champions diversity of background, perspective, and thought.
We also take compliance with UK competition law seriously. All attendees are reminded that they must comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws, and must not disclose or discuss competitively sensitive information (including business strategy, pricing, client or supplier relationships, or commercial preferences). If in doubt, attendees should seek guidance from their own organisations or legal advisers.
Behavioural Expectations
LegalTechTalk has zero tolerance for inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour – whether in person or online – towards other delegates, speakers, partners, sponsors, or staff. Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:
We expect all attendees and representatives engaging with LegalTechTalk – whether in person at the event or through our brand in any capacity – to behave in a fair, respectful, and responsible manner. Everyone involved has the right to feel safe, welcomed, and heard.
Reporting a Concern
LegalTechTalk reserves the right to take appropriate action against anyone who breaches this Code of Conduct. Actions may include removal from the event without refund, reporting to the relevant authorities, and notifying the individual’s employer or organisation.

If you feel uncomfortable in any situation at the event, please remove yourself from that situation if possible and seek support from a member of staff.
Your Safety Matters
As in any major city, please take personal safety precautions when attending events in London. We encourage the following:
If someone appears unwell, intoxicated, or vulnerable, please notify a LegalTechTalk staff member immediately so they can assist appropriately.
At InterContinental London – The O2, first aid personnel and security staff will be available on-site throughout the event.
In an emergency or if a crime has been committed, call 999 to contact emergency services in the UK.
