During this transition period, KLDiscovery will be led by Mike Suchsland, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, and a Leadership Committee comprised of the Company’s longstanding senior executives. The Board will begin working with a leading executive search firm to identify a successor to Mr. Weiler.
