UK practice management, legal accounts and case management specialist Insight Legal Software has released what it describes as the most significant update of its flagship software platform since launching 12 years ago. The overhaul is the culmination of £1m of investment over two years, including 50% growth in its product and customer support teams.
The release from Insight Legal, now part of Dye & Durham, features a new user interface to improve the user experience. Other changes include a new analytics dashboard with improved business analytics that provide fee earner and departmental data, in addition to a new industry benchmarking tool.
