A fixer by nature, Helen is an operational change and transformation specialist with experience both as a consultant with KPMG and in industry with Sellafield Ltd, the Co-op and easyJet. She moved into the world of in-house legal in 2015, working with the team at the Co-op to transform the way they work and interact with the business. She moved to easyJet in December 2019 as Head of GCO Operations and has led an award-winning review of the legal panel, implemented new technology, featured in the Hot 100 in 2022 and is driving the transformation agenda across the team. 

In her role she focuses on strategy development, financial management, technology and innovation and operations for easyJet’s General Counsel’s Office. When not doing all of that she is running around after her 5 year old son, or relaxing on a pilates reformer.
